Well we would like to say that May saw temperatures rising to a comfortable level to even spur on the thought of dusting down the shorts from the cupboards …. but we are not good liars!

It was only 10 days ago that Rothiemurchus was covered in the beautiful white stuff again even if it was just for a  very short period!

However, the weather may only slowly be getting to normality but things are definitely hotting up on the estate with more and more activities coming back on stream for the summer months – river tubing, white water rafting, segways, osprey photography are to name but a few! Nature is playing catch up after the long winter with flowers and young animals popping up on a daily basis!
